**Experience**: 2-3 Years - Onsite

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Golang.
- Develop robust RESTful and/or gRPC APIs for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to define backend specifications.
- Optimize services for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go (Golang).
- Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and idiomatic Go practices.
- Proven experience building RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum workflows, and version control best practices.
- Good knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering principles.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to collaborate in remote teams.
