**Job Duties**:

- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Golang.
- Develop and maintain high-performance and efficient backend systems, services, and APIs using Golang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and design of backend systems.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor and guide team members in the development of their technical skills and career growth.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang
- Strong experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience leading technical teams in the successful delivery of complex backend projects.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including agile development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
