**Role Summary**

**Key Activities**
- Architect the technical design and evolution of the blockchain protocol, ensuring scalability, performance, and privacy
- Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to the protocol engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Conduct deep analysis of blockchain networks and contribute strategic insights to improve the protocol stack
- Spearhead the development of privacy-preserving features using zero-knowledge proofs, state channels, and advanced cryptographic techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Compliance) to ensure alignment on protocol requirements
- Oversee architectural reviews, security design, and performance benchmarking
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent Partior in technical forums and consortia
- Maintain architectural documentation and ensure best practices in version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with significant architectural responsibilities
- Strong background in blockchain technologies such as Hyperledger Besu, GETH, Fabric, or Canton
- Solid understanding of core blockchain components including consensus, P2P networking, and state management
- Expertise in cryptography, including digital signatures, encryption, and key management
- Knowledge of Merkle Trees, zero-knowledge proofs, and group signatures
- Proficient in back-end development with Go, Rust, or Java
- Experience in architecting distributed systems at scale

**Preferred Skills**
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying EVM smart contracts
- Knowledge of consensus algorithms (Raft, Paxos, QBFT) and P2P protocols (gossiping, DHTs, NAT traversal)
- Experience working with Agile teams and contributing to technical delivery
- Familiarity with Node.js, Typescript, and JavaScript
- Prior contributions to blockchain-related open-source projects in the Ethereum ecosystem
