You can also access our Virtual School Tour.- Deputy Head of Secondary School- The Deputy Head of Secondary is a pivotal leader within the school, playing a crucial role in enhancing educational excellence and fostering continuous improvement in the Secondary section. This position directly supports the Head of Secondary in implementing strategic school initiatives and ensuring exceptional student outcomes. The Deputy Head drives leadership across teams, manages key operational responsibilities, and maintains a strong focus on student achievement, well-being, and overall school success. In the absence of the Head of Secondary, the Deputy Head ensures smooth school operations and continuity of leadership.- The role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead professional development, coach department leaders, and enhance the school’s teaching practices. Collaboration with both local and global networks is essential to this role, ensuring that the school remains at the forefront of innovative education. The Deputy Head also oversees critical systems such as timetabling, data analysis, EdTech integration, and examinations management, all aimed at maximizing student success. This position is ideal for a dedicated leader committed to driving growth, fostering a culture of belonging, and shaping the future of education.- Selection Process- First stage interviews will be conducted online in early November, and final interviews will take place either online or in-person on 25 & 26 November.- Start Date: Initial contracts are for three years with a start date of **1 **August** 2025**.**
