Join us in this role where you will have a unique opportunity to develop your professional competences in Power BI by being part of our Finance Business Partnering department, where our next step is to develop our Performance Management reports in Power BI.

Will you be part of an existing journey and are you ready to create value and make a different for the business in SPRING Family by using your skills within Business intelligence, then this role can be interesting for you. You will work closely together with our Finance Business Partner & Controller, who are in Denmark.

The Business Partnering and Business Intelligence area is new in SPRING Family, and you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of SPRING Family’s operational reporting through Power BI. Your main duty is to transform raw data into meaningful insights, through interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Finance Business Partner & Controller to understand the business requirements in a BI context.
- Implement data governance process from extraction, modelling to building.
- Drill down data and visualize it in the best possible way.
- Build dashboard/ Business Intelligence analysis and system.
- Verify and document data rules, data dictionary for well-maintained & updated.
- Continuously upgrade data processing & visualization skill sets to catch up with new features in Microsoft BI or new technology, new strategy.
- Facilitate productivity improvement by initiating and deploying automated reporting/ forecasting tools.
- This position will report to Finance Business Partner in Denmark.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Have a finance/business background or related field.
- Must be good knowledge in Excel, Access, SQL, VBA & Power BI in advanced.
- Have at least 5 years of working experience in the same position.
- Have a solid system understanding and preferably experience with various data analyses, financial management, bi reporting, and database construction
- Have experience as project leader, and can manage your own and business projects
- Have hands-on experience of the Microsoft BI stack and advanced analytics, like SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, DAX, Power Query and PowerBI, but also different Microsoft Azure services and the Power Platform.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English and good to communicate with stakeholders.
- Possess critical thinking skill, solving tasks with an analytics and critical approach.
- Be able to work with details and good analytical skills to deal with complex data.
- Be ambitious and can work independently.

It will also be an advantage if you have knowledge of Adaptive planning as we use this as our planning program when we prepare budgets and forecasts. Soon, we expect to develop business reports directly from Adaptive planning together with Microsoft BI.

Providing the portfolio for jobs which you have done is an advantage.
