**Working Hours**

**Monday to Saturday**
- Ideate and produce advertising and promotional videos for real estate projects, as well as internal company activities and events.
- Film, edit, cut, adjust audio, add effects, and finalize complete video content based on available project renders/images or on-location shooting when needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop content for social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) related to real estate projects and company branding.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- College degree or higher in Multimedia Communications, Marketing, Graphic Advertising, or related fields.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a Video Editor position.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Adobe After Effects**, and **Adobe Audition** (or equivalent video/audio editing tools).
- Knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator** for image editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with **professional video shooting and photography equipment**; experience using **flycams** is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of **video, image, and audio copyright regulations**.

**Creative & Organizational Skills**:

- Strong creative thinking with a good sense of **visual composition, lighting, and music**.
- Ability to organize and support **event production**.
- Able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime or travel when required.
- Growth mindset, self-learning ability, and good team spirit.

**Language Skills**:

- ** English communication skills** (basic to intermediate) are **required** for internal collaboration and content understanding.
