**JOB OVERVIEW**
- The Web Application enables end-to-end tracking of reconditioning activities at service workshops—from inspection to estimation, approval, repair, and final delivery. Meanwhile, the Back-office Application focuses on aggregating financial data to support accurate and efficient client billing.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Ruby and Cucumber.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Implement and execute BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing using automation frameworks.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a test management tool (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Optimize and enhance existing test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices for test automation and software quality assurance.
- Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, and test planning meetings.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing with Ruby and Cucumber.
- Strong understanding of BDD frameworks and writing Gherkin test scenarios.
- Experience with API testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in using version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience with cloud-based testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, SauceLabs) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
- Exposure to Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- ISTQB certification or other relevant QA certifications.
