**JOB REQUIRMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing or experience in Hospitality
- 1 - 2 year experience in HR field, especially in Retail or Hospitality industry
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- Willing to work cross-functionally and under high pressure
- Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
