- Repairing Acer products for end-users.
- Consulting technique to customers/ dealers
- Updating case in system and following up case till closing
- Returning defective parts to warehouse in time as stipulated
- Receiving announcement of technical KPI from team leader and improving dropped KPI
- Other task as per assigned by Line Manager
- Sửa chữa các dòng sản phẩm của Acer cho khách hàng
- Tư vấn kỹ thuật cho khách hàng/đại lý
- Cập nhật hệ thống và theo dõi từng trường hợp sửa chữa cho đến khi đóng
- Trả linh kiện hỏng về kho đúng thời gian qui định
- Nhận thông báo chỉ số hoạt động từ trưởng nhóm và thực hiện cải thiện các chỉ số chưa đạt
- Những công việc khác được yêu cầu từ cấp trên

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Technical college or university;
- At least 01 years of experience in Technical for laptop/desktop;
- Ability to work independently under pressure and in team with high level teamwork approach;
- Mindset & Behaviour: Collaborative; Can do attitude
- Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc cao đẳng kỹ thuật;
- Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 01 năm trong ngành kỹ thuật máy tính;
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và đội nhóm cao;
- Thái độ làm việc: Hợp tác & tinh thần trách nhiệm cao
- Tổ chức, sắp xếp công việc khoa học, lập kế hoạch tốt, chủ động trong công việc
