**I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Daily access to maintenance system to check aerial maintenance cases and give feedback of completion as per system case-closing procedure
- Daily access to maintenance system to check to see the stores that are not listed into areas, send information to IT to update into the areas
- Weekly create period maintenance requirement for each area on maintenance system
- Follow up and close period maintenance cases
- Contact suppliers for ordering products to avoid out-of-stock, store the re-used equipment
- Create product code for new equipment and re-used equipment
- Store the materials/products/equipment when receiving from suppliers or reused materials/products/equipment
- Deliver the materials/products/equipment to aerial maintenance executive as per request from maintenance system
- Arrange the materials/products/equipment tidily and easy to follow up
- Deliver equipment as per request from other Departments
- Send information of period maintenance schedule to OP & QC
- Arrange work schedule of maintenance team

***II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?**
- At least 1 year of experience working as similar position in Construction industry
- Graduated from College/Univeristy in Construction, Business Management...
- General understanding of the construction industry
- Have supervisory and time management skills.
- Have knowledge in Accounting/Data is a plus
