- Develop and maintain backend microservices using Spring Boot.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs adhering to best practices.
- Ensure robust integration with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to clean-code principles.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, suggesting improvements.
- Write unit, integration, and automation tests.
- Support junior developers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Engage proactively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Solid understanding and experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL); familiarity with MongoDB is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of modern software practices including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (Docker).
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Good grasp of design patterns, OOP principles, and clean-code practices.
- Experience using version control systems (Git) effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
