**Job Summary**:
Tetra Pak is looking for an HSE Specialist who will support the site OHS officer to develop and maintain the site OHS management system, driving continuous improvement towards the Tetra Pak goal of zero accidents and work related ill health.
This is the permanent role based in Binh Duong, Vietnam.
**What you will do**:
As a HSE Specialist, you will:
- Assists and counsels managers, HSE council members on HSE matter.
- Evaluates the work environment from the stand point of ergonomics, machine guarding, lock out tag out, chemical, sharpen control, MHE, electricity safety and any other applicable regulations.
- Conducts/assists in audits, accident investigations, and trend analysis.
- Leads/participates in cross functional teams for HSE issue resolution or for new equipment/process approval.
- Maintain facility compliance to local & Corporate regulations/standards.
- Ensure all required HSE reporting (government, site, Corporate) is completed on time.
- Manage facility HSE training to ensure all required training is effectively provided, and understood by all employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Manage the Permit to work system, contractors on site.
- Assist Manager in developing HSE Plan, supporting Corporate HSE Strategy for facility (annually), with specific responsibilities and timing assigned.
- Implement the HSE plan, HSE Pillar Route in WCM
- Promote HSE culture at all levels be designing proper HSE campaign.
- Understand and have experience of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, SEDEX / SMETA development and implementation.
- Manage the cost / purchasing activities in HSE
- Manage stakeholders (management, contractor, external auditor, local authority )
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
**We believe you have**:
- 3+ years of working experience Ideally 12 months experience of a similar OHS role
- Knowledge of production process and WCM safety rules will be preferred expereince
