**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 15 - 19 triệu VNĐ)
- Oversee the planning and coordination of production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of footwear products, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and market demand.
- Collaborate with the Head of Production to forecast and manage the resources necessary for production, including labor, equipment, and raw materials.
- Collaborate with product development, design, material and quality control teams to address any delivery or logistics challenges that may impact production schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shoe factories, suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
- Analyze shipment data and logistics trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost savings.
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide updates on delivery status and logistics performance.

[Staff level/3+ years] Basic salary VND 15,000,000 + Allowances

[Senior level/5+ years] Basic salary VND 19,000,000 + Allowances
- **WORKING TIME**:Mon - Fri: 8:00-17:00
- Insurance according to law
- Probation 85%
- Salary review: 1 time/year (April)
- 13th month salary
- Japanese/English allowance (1Mil~3Mil)
- Travel allowance (based on the number of kilometers from home to the company)
- Parking fee

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business**, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and demand planning software, with experience in forecasting and managing large-scale production workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proven track record of improving delivery performance and driving supply chain efficiencies.
- **Business level fluency in English is required**. Additional proficiency of Japanese is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point and data analysis tools.
