**We're Looking for a Web Development Pro**:

- **Core Competencies Required**: Your expertise should encompass comprehensive website management, proficiency in WordPress, adeptness with page builders like Elementor, and a deep understanding of SEO principles. Skills in site speed optimization are crucial, as we aim to enhance user experience, website performance and understanding of converting figma prototypes to wordpress.
- A rapid learner eager for professional growth
- A problem-solver with a keen interest in technical challenges and digital innovation
- Able to work independently, demonstrating initiative without needing constant direction
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, capable of managing tasks autonomously
- Strong communication skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain client websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
- Implement SEO strategies to increase site visibility and traffic, aligning with best practices
- Optimize website speed and efficiency, enhancing user experience and engagement
- Collaborate with our creative team to ensure web design aligns with brand identity and user expectations

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in web development, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills in website management, WordPress, and Elementor
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Knowledgeable in SEO fundamentals and tools to track website performance (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Experience with website speed testing tools and techniques for optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
