**Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary **Director of Marketing** to lead TOK Chain’s global marketing efforts. This high-impact role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in blockchain, Web3, and cryptocurrency industries, capable of crafting and executing advanced marketing strategies that amplify TOK Chain’s presence and foster community growth. You will be at the forefront of our mission, shaping the brand’s narrative and driving its adoption across diverse audiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Leadership**: Define and implement a cohesive global marketing strategy to elevate TOK Chain’s brand and drive ecosystem adoption.
- **Team Development**: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration across all functions.
- **Integrated Marketing Campaigns**: Oversee the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including performance marketing, influencer partnerships, PR, and community engagement.
- **Brand Management**: Shape and maintain TOK Chain’s brand identity to resonate with diverse stakeholders, including developers, users, and institutional partners.
- **Community and Ecosystem Growth**: Spearhead initiatives to expand the user base, including active wallet growth, staking platform engagement, and developer community outreach.
- **Analytics and Data-Driven Decisions**: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- **Partnership Development**: Cultivate strategic partnerships with leading blockchain projects, centralized exchanges (CEX), and industry influencers to enhance TOK Chain’s reach.
- **Product Alignment**: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and ecosystem milestones.
- **Industry Advocacy**: Represent TOK Chain at conferences, webinars, and other industry events, positioning the company as a thought leader in blockchain innovation.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industries.
- **Technical Expertise**: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, CEX, staking platforms, and tokenomics.
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in scaling user adoption and building global marketing campaigns for tech or blockchain projects.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to drive data-informed decisions.
- **Leadership Skills**: Exceptional ability to manage diverse teams, set strategic direction, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- **Creative Vision**: Strong sense of branding and storytelling, with a proven ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
- **Networking**: Established connections within the blockchain and tech industry, with a history of successful partnerships and collaborations.
