**PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION**

**SENIOR EXECUTIVE PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION - TEMPORARY**:

- Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam**YOUR MISSION**:

- Make sure all the labour contracts, notices of personnel change and termination notices to be sent out with accurate and clear details, complying to the current regulations related to P&O
- Ensure all compensation packages are in line with Vietnamese labour laws and are treated correctly in regard to Vietnamese personal income tax law
- HR operation: work permit, leave record, other letters issued from P&O
- Update Policy and procedure, implement new processes, improve and develop current SOPs
- Align HRIS for employees and control employee database
- Implement compensation and benefits structure, bonus schemes and rewards strategies
- Support Manager People Organizations and Community to prepare HR reports i.e. Various kinds of global, regional and local P&O reports
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned

**YOUR TALENT**:

- University background in HR Management or equivalent business degree
- 5 - 7 years with relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, regulations, HR practices & policies in Vietnam
- An analytical thinker, self-motivated and assertive individual with good problem solving skills
- Mature, detail oriented, able to work independently under high pressure
- A good team player when part of a project
- Good communication, fluent in English, both written and spoken
