- Advising on legal issues related to Bank's operation to ensure the compliance with laws and regulation.
- Providing legal review related to Bank's internal regulation, Contract/Agreement, T&C, Official letter to Authorities.
- Advising, handling the litigation non-credit cases; escorting the Units in working with state authorities.
- Legal research, legal briefing, legal systematizing

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor of law, law practitioner certificate is one preference
- At least 1 years of working experience in legal advisor function in banking sector (advising experience in wholesale, treasury and foreign exchange area is preferred).
- Good knowledge about Banking products and Banking system
- Good organizational, analytical and reporting skill
- Competent English in both writing and presentation
- Logical thinking, creative thinking
- Good in MS office
- Ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure.
- Good at negotiation and communication.
