**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)1. Process orders, contact vendors, enter purchase data, prepare weekly progress reports, and handle administrative tasks such as drafting documents, photocopying, and updating employee files.
2. Support the Housekeeping department by accurately translating meetings, discussions between managers and associates, and relevant written materials.
3. Oversee main linen room operations, monitor room discrepancy reports twice daily, update room availability status hourly, and coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
4. Manage the Lost and Found policy, handle uniform-related tasks including ordering, maintenance, and distribution, and perform additional duties assigned by management.
5. Attend meetings called by the Director of Services, report employee feedback on working conditions and wages, and adapt to schedule changes as required by business demands.
