**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities:
Support team in all activities of learning and development activities:
Perform organizing tasks for training sessions, including but not limited to:
Book calendars, arrange rooms, handle attendance and collect feedback in LMS, input data, create reports,...

Handle L&D internal services and programs

Other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor

Data report for training

**Qualifications**:
For 4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major

Available for full-time working or 4 days/week at least for 6 months.

Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development

Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible

Having experience in organizing (online/offline) training activities and making report
