**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Operations consultants will work with end users to assist them with their day-to-day tasks on an ERP system called D365 for Finance and Operations **(D365FO)**.

Key tasks include supporting users when errors arise, error collection and analysis, contacting implementers to resolve issues, testing errors with users, and ERP training for newcomers.

**In this position, you will do**:

- Support users for go-live and troubleshooting experience.
- Read and understand project documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, Functional Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documentation.
- Assist with escalation support for help desk.
- Works with management to keep schedule on time and recommend needed action to meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Education: University
- 1 - 2 years of experience or more with ERP.
- Experience interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements.
- Strong in ERP trouble shoot and support.
- Good English, good communication with foreign consultants.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Have experience or knowledge in accounting, finance or operations is a plus.
- Experience in designing and coordinating with end users for deployments of D365FO enhancement is a plus.
- Have experience working with foreign projects a plus.
