**Job description**:
We're looking for a **Machine Learning & Python Engineer** to join our team. No corporate fluff—just an opportunity to build real, impactful solutions using ML and Python.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Write clean, efficient Python code for data processing, model training, and integration.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, cleaning and preparing it for analysis.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and domain experts to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Monitor, debug, and improve ML pipelines as they scale.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Working knowlegde of Transformer Architectures
- Strong Python skills, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
- Hands-on experience with training and deploying ML models.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD for ML models is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and build solid solutions.
- Readyness to work on non-ML Python projects to fill intermission times if required
