- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to maximize brand awareness, gain new users, and increase user lifetime value that aligns with business objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operation, Product) to deliver business objectives that align with the brand's positioning.
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences, and behaviors.
- Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Leveraging media channels to maximize campaign reach and engagement.

**Job requirement**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years as a growth and branding campaign specialist, assistant brand manager, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and digital marketing channels.
- Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in the Vietnam on-demand delivery market.
