**Outline of Responsibilities**

**Client / Business**
- Provide practical and technically sound advice on trademark prosecution matters in a clear and unstuffy manner.
- Conduct trademark clearance searches and advise on the availability, registration ability, and possible infringements.
- Advise and handle Office Actions.
- Work closely with the IP Vietnam and other related Government Authorities.
- Meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
- Participate in training and knowledge management activities.
- Other duties as appropriately assigned.

**Leadership / Development**
- Mentor paralegals and trainees.
- Consistently meet statutory and client deadlines.
- Meet specific performance targets.
- Run multiple case files in an organised and proactive manner.
- Comply with risk management protocols and policies.
- Other duties as appropriately assigned.

**Technical Skills**
- Qualified lawyer or IP Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in IP field;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Strong communication skills with colleagues, clients, and officers;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Detail-oriented, proactive & self-disciplined;
- Can work under pressure, a strong team player;
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- LL.M. from reputable overseas university, is a plus
