Position Summary:
The incumbent will take charge of In-Process Quality Assurance responsibilities to ensure quality standard and specification compliance in mass production environment, and work closely with all cross-functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup processes for IPQC including preparation of quality control plan, sampling plan, process audit, FAI (first article inspection), non-conforming product disposition, data collection and analysis etc.
- Lead IPQC Technicians to manage In-Process Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards by strict compliance in mass production to established procedures, work instructions and specifications.
- IPQC personnel management and training. Ensure team members are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.
- Support problem solving/troubleshooting in mass production. Carry out experimentation, process capability studies or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.
- Support CQA when having OBA (Out of Box Audit) and Use Test issues by driving containment, corrective & preventive actions as well as continuous improvement in production.
- Work closely with CQA and SQA to coordinate customer complaints to drive effective corrective and preventive actions from relevant functions, and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability.
- Work closely with NPI and Engineering functions on New Product Development including qualification, data analysis, problem solving and documentation.
- Maintain and continuously improve TTI quality management systems.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualifications Required:

- College or above degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Quality field related to metal, plastic, electrical or electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management.
- Familiar with Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality methods and tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D etc. Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and pro-actively.
- Strong skills in problem analysis and solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with positive approach.
- Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
- PC skills required (MS Office, Outlook etc.).

Leadership Competencies (LC) required:

- A self-starter with a 'hands-on' approach. Eager to drive key initiatives.
- Ensure assigned task completed effectively and timely.
- Capable of developing and driving teams to achieve results.
