**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of trainers, facilities, and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training activities will happen smoothly.
- Manage assigned topics as a topic owner to meet the organization's needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with external training providers and vendors to enhance training offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage training resources, including training materials, equipment, and software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training processes.
- Maintain Power BI Dashboard and data management flow.
- Participate actively in ad-hoc Learning & Development projects across the organization

**REQUIREMENT**:
BA degree preferred, with a minimum of 12 months experience in training related, IT industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, well organized and detail oriented.
- Experienced at using Powerpoint, Advance Excel, Power BI, design in Canva
- High level of analytical skills, coupled with decision making.
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent attitude, can work under high pressure, be able to prioritize workload with good time management.
- Good negotiation and conflict management skills, pro-activeness, service-excellence mind set, and positive thinking.
- Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate.
- Strive for continuous improvement, developing people, teamwork, flexible thinking, building relationships.
