**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**1. Recruitment**:

- Creating and post job advertisements in a variety of media.
- Making contact arrangements, schedule interviews;
- Updating & Manage the applicant database.
- Supporting on boarding process and make welcome kits for new staff.
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee records.
- Sending request equipment (laptop, telephone, stationery,...) to ADM, information new employees to IT và Training Department

**2. Employer Branding**
- Participate in brainstorming and executing recruitment marketing content (images, articles, videos, etc.).
- Support content development for communication channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, ) to promote the company’s image and employer brand.
- Assist in organizing branding activities such as job fairs, university partnerships, and internship programs.

**3. Admin**
- Admin task (Contact list, Career net,...)
- Assist the HR team in organizing related activities or special company events required

**4. Other assignments as requested.**

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- University students or fresh graduates with an interest in recruitment and human resources.
- English communication skills, spoken and written
- Able to intern full-time for 3 - 6 months.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Bonus if you have skills in Photoshop, video editing
