**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Research & Planning
- Market research to understand the industry, competitors, and customers.
- Synthesize insights to build buyer personas and combine them with our brand positioning to propose strategic content direction for our company.
- Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with digital marketing to analyze and optimize content on all channels.
- Collaborate with designer, SEO and Ads team to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and sales goals.
- Event Execution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure events are consistent with brand guidelines and company goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors, and partners to prepare promotional materials and other event elements.
- Measurement and Reporting
- Generate regular reports and presentations to analyze marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Market Insights and Trends
- Stay updated on industry trends, and competitor activities to keep the company’s online & offline presence competitive and relevant.
- Perform other relevant tasks assigned by direct supervisor to achieve desired results for the department.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the Beauty & Cosmetic industry.
- Good at English (IELTS 6.0 or higher);
- Excellent writing skills for a diversity of forms such as social posts, video scripts, articles, and newsletters.
- Solid grasp of SEO, SEM, and website analytics tools, with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and social media best practices.
- Having knowledge of Branding is a big plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
