**Laboratory Assistant (Sweet & Beverage), Vietnam (2-Year Contract)**
As a Laboratory Assistant, you will support Application Technologists in executing laboratory operational activities including preparation and development of F&B products for both internal and external evaluations. You will managed laboratory data and inventory for raw materials, flavor samples and laboratory supplies. Furthermore, you will be involved in clients’ visit and presentation.
**The Position**:

- Assist in preparation and development of Food & Beverage products for both internal and external evaluations.
- Support Application Technologists in laboratory operational activities
- Record and maintain laboratory data
- Manage inventory for raw materials, flavor samples and laboratory supplies
- Prepare tools and samples for presentations and customers’ visit
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized laboratory environment in accordance to EH&S policies
- Degree in Food Sciences & Food Technology
- 1-2 years experience in R&D Food & Beverage and/or Sweet & Beverage would be an added advantage
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong team player, inquisitive, meticulous, proactive and has excellent organizational skills
