Outsystems Architect/ Tech Lead

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and guide development teams to ensure best practices are followed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and enforce development standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to a team of developers.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of all OutSystems solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems platform features and industry trends.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Good communication skills in English.
- Proven experience as an OutSystems Architect, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript & SQL is required.
- Deep understanding of the OutSystems platform architecture, including data modeling, BPT, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- OutSystems **Architecture Specialist (ODC)**certification is highly preferred.
