**About the role**

**Your responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record in understanding people, and organizations.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Experience in leading a small team.
- Ability to guide and mentor teammates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
