**What you will do**:
- Ensure steady driver’s supply, manage driver side commercials, and optimize vehicle utilization.
- Lead fleet training, as well as manage drivers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to agreed-upon SOPs and SLAs.
- Install the Lalamove Stickers on the driver's vehicle and ensuring that the Stickers is applied to the relevant standards for each kind of truck
- Create new ideas and process improvements to help streamline daily operational tasks.
- Assist in the review of the current logistics and operations team's SOP.
- Exceed individual and Driver Operations team targets & KPIs.
- Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager.
- ** Working hours**: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) & Saturday (9am - 1pm)
- ** Work location**: No. 212, 19/5 Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District

Đảm bảo nguồn sản phẩm hỗ trợ đối tác đầy đủ, quản lý và nâng cao hiệu quả các chương trình quảng cáo/khuyến mãi dành riêng cho đối tác tài xế._
- _ Thực hiện hướng dẫn/ đào tạo đối tác tài xế, đảm bảo đối tác mang lại trải nghiệm khách hàng tuyệt vời, tuân thủ theo các quy trình và thỏa thuận thống nhất._
- _ Tiến hành dán decal logo Lalamove lên xe của đối tác theo đúng quy chuẩn cho từng loại xe._
- _ Hỗ trợ rà soát các quy trình vận hành hiện tại và đề nghị các ý tưởng và cải tiến quy trình mới để giúp tinh gọn các hoạt động hàng ngày._
- _ Hoàn thành các mục tiêu và chỉ tiêu cá nhân và theo nhóm._
- _ Thực hiện các dự án đặc biệt/tạm thời theo phân công của Trưởng nhóm/Trưởng phòng_
- _ Địa điểm làm việc: _Số 212 Đường Kênh 19/5, Phường Tây Thạnh, Quận Tân Phú, HCMC
- _ Thời gian làm việc: Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu (9:00 - 18:00) & Thứ Bảy (9:00 - 13:00)_
