Reporting to Onsite Merchandising Manager, the Merchandiser will be responsible to:

- Work closely with Category Managers; Commercial team to develop Category’s campaign as well as Strategy & Plan Monitor, review & give suggestions on:
+ Propose Monthly projection Planning of traffic, sales

+ Work on report & data take-away to make sure fundamental requirements for campaigns secured competitive pricing, or monitor the adoption & effectiveness of the Strategic Tiki Program for sellers to join
- Analyzing traffic, sales, and volume growth on a weekly basis to understand customer shopping journey
- Identifying business opportunities and risks; assigned strategic projects of category for sustainable growth

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: Solid understanding of Commercial and E-Commerce
- Can-do attitude & willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver insight and recommendations based on data
- A data analysis mindset is a strong plus, anything else will be trained on hands-on projects
