MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Theo dõi tình hình nhập hàng (ngày giao, ngày nhận, bảng cân đối) Nguyên phụ liệu sản xuất (vải, phụ liệu may, phụ liệu đóng gói)
- Tạo Lệnh cấp phát Nguyên phụ liệu cho các bộ phận cắt/may/đóng gói dựa vào kế hoạch sản xuất
- Theo dõi phần cấp Nguyên phụ liệu bù nếu có.
- Cập nhật tình hình Nguyên phụ liệu đến các bộ phận liên quan.
- Đặt mua Thùng, bao đóng gói, gói chống ẩm và mực in theo nhu cầu và tình hình sản xuất. Sau đó, tiến hành làm chứng từ thanh toán đến các nhà cung cấp.
- Dựa vào tình hình sản xuất để đặt lịch họp sản xuất, In-line, Final với khách hàng.
- Theo dõi tình hình, kết quả kiểm hàng để đáp ứng ngày xuất hàng.
- Cập nhật lịch họp PP, kiểm Inline và Final đến các bộ phận liên quan.
- Những công việc khác do quản lý giao.

YÊU CẦU:

- Cử nhân Đại học/Cao Đẳng kỹ thuật may.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm trở lên.
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh/TiếngTrung.
- Tin học văn phòng, thành thạo Excel.
- Hiểu biết về nguyên phụ liệu ngành dệt may.
- Lập kế hoạch (sản xuất, mua hàng...).
- Làm việc trong môi trường Quốc tế 1-2 năm.
