Senior Business Analyst

**Requirement Management & Analysis**
- Work closely with stakeholders (business leaders, product owners, developers, QA, and partners) to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements for Web3/Blockchain-based products and payment/finance systems.
- Translate complex business needs into clear and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and User Stories.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and provide actionable recommendations for solution design.

**Blockchain/Finance Domain Expertise**
- Analyze and propose solutions for use cases in DeFi, digital wallets, payment gateways, tokenization, smart contracts, KYC/AML compliance, and blockchain transaction flows.
- Research market trends and competitor solutions to ensure product offerings are aligned with industry standards.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and feasibility.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and requirement review meetings in English.
- Align project scope, timeline, and deliverables with the Product Owner/Project Manager.

**Testing & Quality Assurance (Optional but Preferred)**
- Support the QA team in defining acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and validating business logic.
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure product quality and compliance with business requirements

**Project Ownership & Delivery (Optional but Preferred)**
- Support or act as Project Owner in smaller projects, ensuring delivery from ideation to release.
- Monitor progress, prioritize backlog, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Work directly with the CEO to understand the company-wide goals.
- Break down goals into specific plans for each team (Tech, Marketing, BD ).
- Set timelines, milestones, and clear responsibilities.
- Monitor weekly progress, ensure each task is updated and completed on time.
- Other tasks are assigned by the CEO/Manager

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Must-have**:

- **Minimum 5 years of BA experience**(with at least 2+ years in blockchain/Web3/crypto/fintech domain)
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (public/private chains, consensus mechanisms, wallets, smart contracts, tokens, DeFi, NFTs, etc.).
- Experience in finance/payment systems: digital wallets, online payment, remittance, settlement, compliance.
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong ability to create documentation: BRD, FSD, UML, Flowcharts, Use Cases, User Stories.

**Nice-to-have (Big Plus)**:

- Experience with testing (Writing test cases, supporting QA, UAT).
- Project ownership experience (Product Owner / Project Coordinator / Scrum Master role).
- Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory and security aspects in blockchain/finance projects.
