Coffee Quality Controller

Conduct thorough sensory evaluations of coffee samples to assess aroma, taste, body, acidity, and overall quality.
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for coffee production, including cupping sessions, sample analysis, and sensory training.
Collaborate with coffee suppliers and producers to establish quality requirements and standards for green coffee beans.
Perform regular quality checks and inspections of coffee throughout various stages of production, including roasting, blending, and packaging.
Maintain accurate records of quality control data, including cupping notes, evaluation results, and any necessary corrective actions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of coffee roasting equipment, ensuring optimal settings for consistent product quality.
Work closely with the production team to identify and address any quality issues or deviations from the desired coffee profiles.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging coffee varieties, and advancements in coffee quality control methods.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Coffee Quality Controller or a similar role within the coffee industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of coffee sensory evaluation techniques, including cupping.
Excellent sensory skills and the ability to discern coffee characteristics and defects accurately.
Familiarity with green coffee grading systems and quality control standards.
Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
