We are looking for a "Manager, Content Strategy" to join us. **Reporting to**:Associate Director, Content Strategy **3 best things about the job**: - You will learn to launch & own a media product - You’ll have a platform to run & see the beauty of data - You’ll work across category/ brands & learn everything about influencer marketing **In this role, your goals will be**: In three months: - Fluent GroupM processes - Manage to sell & run an influencer campaign on your own from A to Z In six months: - Manage all influencer campaigns for one agency among GroupM’s 3 agencies independently - Be supply partnership & influencer champion In 12 months: - Manage & lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Work with agencies to develop clear & engaging influencer strategy that is consistent with the brand image and addresses both business goals and beyond. - Conduct in-depth competitive audits on client’s influencer activities - Play an active role in conceptualization, research, planning and development of client’s influencer campaign - Manage influencer content’s quality with internal teams & key partners - Manage content vendors to create timely, relevant, compelling content that drives audience growth and engagement - Identify new influencer trends and opportunities to spark conversation and potential content creation. - Work closely with other departments for a successful delivery of campaigns. **QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCY**: - Minimum 2-year experience (manager) or 2-year experience (sr executive) in advertising/communication industry, especially as a content planner / influencer management role - Problem solving - Good interpersonal skill - Confirmed knowledge about media (digital, TV) - Good in communication: Master in Vietnamese (both speaking & writing) &Excellent in English (speaking, presenting & writing) - Good in MS office - Good at numbers & Excel - Has basic knowledge on influencer marketing - Has a good sense on social trend & influencer industry market **More about GroupM** GroupM is the world’s leading media investment company responsible for more than $50B in annual media investment through agencies Mindshare, MediaCom, Wavemaker, Essence and m/SIX, as well as the outcomes-driven programmatic audience company, Xaxis.
