**Main duties**:
The Investment Manager will be part of a small team responsible for the investments and portfolio management of Omvest. The Company is a fund manager and investment firm for over 25 years as an arm of the group Openasia.
- Key aspects of the role will involve: _
- Evaluates the Company’s opportunities for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures including financial modelling, scoping, market research, and target analysis.
- Proposes deal structure, transaction-related matters, monitoring closely the execution and implementation of all the terms and conditions related to the deals.
- Develops financial models used to estimate cashflow, projections and potential for profitability.
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of the merger or acquisition process from start to finish and integration.
- Drives the drafting of investment documents such as LOI, MOU, Investment memo, Term-sheets, contributes inputs to prepare for negotiations; Potentially collaborates with key stakeholders.
- Leading due diligence workstream and efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets; and closely monitor/ coordinate legal due diligence.
- Ensures that project/ department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Coordinates and implements strategies to realize the maximum value of each acquisition; collaborates with portfolio/investee companies to design and execute value creation plans.
- Developing and implementing strategies to realize the maximum value of each acquisition.
- Other reporting obligations in accordance with the Group’s reporting mechanism.
- True first level manager that can work flexibly and communicate effectively to completing deadlines.
- Understanding, experience, familiarity with diverse industries and sectors, particular retail, F&B, real estate, hospitality is strongly preferred.
- Other tasks assigned by line director.

JOB REQUIREMENT

**_Job requirements:_**
- Vietnamese native speaker, holding bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in investment and post-invesment management.
- Expertise in financial analysis and investment strategies.
- Thorough knowledge of financial markets, securities, and investment products.
- Able to develop creative solutions to complex financial problems.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
