**JOB INFORMATION**:
**Position Purpose**:**A logistics specialist is responsible for the oversight of the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping and receiving. They offer support with the maintenance of administer and maintain inventory control program systems and coordinate with production and customer service team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers. Additionally, logistics specialists develop reports showing transportation costs on precise projects and moves.

**Principle Accountabilities/Essential Functions**:

- Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels
- Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks
- Scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channels
- Approve time sheets associated with deliveries and pick-ups
- Administer and maintain inventory control program systems
- Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.
- Manage and monitor the performance of entire fleet, routing and scheduling planning
- Responsible for the day to day operation of the assigned logistics functions, maintain routine operations and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Handle full set of shipping documents including Import / Export, prepare packing list, invoice and airwaybill.
- Coordinate with in-house customer service and sales administration team to promote accurate and timely processing of sample order / sales order for our customers.
- Verification of freight invoices to ensure the accurate billing from carriers.
- Liaise with forwarders / carriers for import and export shipment arrangement for punctual shipments & delivery.
- Assist in preparation of statistical for KPI report and analysis
- Perform other ad-hoc activities which are assigned by superior.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business (preferred)
- Higher diploma / above in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in logistics management or coordination
- Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word, Power point & Outlook
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Well-developed motivational and leadership skills
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized, proactive, independent and self-motivated.

**Language Skills**:

- Language: Fluent Vietnamese & English. Chinese is optional (better to have).
- Clear and concise written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills that produce desired results.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from internal and external customers including sales staff, internal colleagues and vendors.
- Capable of reading and interpreting information with the ability to share with others as needed.
- Ability to use personal computer and standard business and other work-related software with minimum instruction.
- Ability to read and interpret reports, sales materials and other related materials.
