**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Be responsible for P&L at the store.
- Implement all operational policies and procedures to achieve the business goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through store operations and effectively product pitch.
- Control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services.
- Oversee the operations and appearance of the store (opening, closing, security, cleaning, merchandising, inventory), ensuring facility maintenance and store presentation adhere to the brand standard.
- Manage customer experience at the store, providing test ride and exceptional customer service to visitors/customers
- Manage customer escalation quickly and effectively.
- Analyze data to improve sales and customer experience at the store.
- Work with the Marketing team for marketing activities at the store.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner and consistently perform to company standards.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions with proven track record to meet and exceed goals
- Can think critically and extract signals from noises quickly
- Goals driven
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
- Superb organizing and operational skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Able to work both individually and in a team environment
- Hi-tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus
- Personal laptop is preferred
