Principle Supplier Process Engineer

**What you’ll achieve**
As a **Principle Supplier Process Engineer**, you will be responsible for enabling and managing Vietnam ODM/CM PCBA manufacturing processes**.** You will work with Dell GCM/GSM & Testing engineers to achieve expected result to Internal & external customers**.**

**You will**:

- Manage PCBA supplier quality to maintain and enhance PCBA supplier quality performance YoY.
- Work with cross-functional team such as engineering, operations, procurement, technology providers, Dell suppliers, regional Dell factories and other Dell functions for PCBA process improvement.
- Develop and manage ODM to secure project milestones and schedules for new platform in NPI and maintain in certain quality level in sustaining phase
- Manage program risks and issues and drive CLCA to closure

**Essential Requirements**
- Solid supplier management experience & skills include QPA, QSA, STSM, QBR, NPI, sustaining management, quality incident shooting, site and process qualification
- Strong cross-functional leadership, organizational and trouble-shooting capability. Solid technical background based on good practice in PCBA, or sub/full system level assembly.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience with a Degree in Engineering.
- Must be willing to travel to ODM sites at Vinh Phuc and Ha Nam.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience with international company, familiar with electro-mechanical products especial on process, production, quality, supplier control and project management. Familiar those products: Sever, Storage, Networking (Switch), etc
- Capability to speak in Chinese.
