**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**1. Make bouquet and create floral decorative displays/ Cắm hoa và thiết kế mẫu trang trí hoa nghệ thuật**
- Ensure all flowers are well keep in store, stay fresh and live longer
- Đảm bảo tất cả hoa trong cửa hàng được bảo quản tốt, luôn tươi mới và giữ được độ bền lâu hơn_
- Query customers’ need, the occasionand use different accessories to make unique flower arrangement, that could evoke a particular customer’s sentiment and style
- Tìm hiểu nhu cầu của khách hàng (dịp đặc biệt, sự kiện...), kết hợp linh hoạt các phụ kiện để tạo ra những mẫu cắm hoa độc đáo, thể hiện phong cách cá nhân của từng khách hàng_
- Be in charge to suggest floral arrangement for events
- Tư vấn thiết kế hoa cho các sự kiện_
- Create and change in-store and window displays, designs and looks to enhance boutique’s image
- Thiết kế và làm mới không gian trưng bày trong và ngoài cửa hàng nhằm nâng cao hình ảnh của boutique_

**2. Consult/Provide over-expectation service to customer/**_Tư vấn và cung cấp trải nghiệm dịch vụ vượt mong đợi cho khách hàng_**
- Greeting special customers

Đón tiếp và chăm sóc các khách hàng đặc biệt
- Consider the customers’ budget and recommend appropriate flowers and greenery for each arrangement
- Tư vấn hoa và phụ kiện phù hợp với ngân sách của khách hàng_
- Give customers instruction on how to care for flowers, including the ideal temperature and how often the water should be change
- Hướng dẫn khách hàng cách chăm sóc hoa hiệu quả, bao gồm nhiệt độ bảo quản lý tưởng và tần suất thay nước phù hợp_
- Provide flower food to customers for some special kind of flower or when being required

Cung cấp dưỡng chất chuyên dụng cho một số loại hoa đặc biệt hoặc theo yêu cầu của khách hàng

**3. Support Store Manager training and hand-on experience to staffs in floral arrangement/**_Hỗ trợ quản lý cửa hàng đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên cắm hoa_**

**4. Assist in sourcing rare & beautiful flowers/** **_Hỗ trợ tìm nguồn cung các loài hoa quý hiếm, độc đáo_**

**5. Other task as assigned by managers/**_Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý_**

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Graduated from vocational school, community colleges or private floral school is appreciated but not compulsory
- Tốt nghiệp trường nghề, cao đẳng hoặc các trường đào tạo nghề về hoa là một lợi thế_
- Fluent in English, Chinese, French or Japanese is a plus
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh, tiếng Trung, tiếng Pháp hoặc tiếng Nhật là điểm cộng_
- Basic computer skills
- Kỹ năng tin học cơ bản_
- Know the color varieties of each flower and the average size of each type of flowers
- Am hiểu về các loài hoa, màu sắc đa dạng và kích thước trung bình của mỗi loài._
- Deep knowledge in flowers and plants, their fragrant, colors or properties.
- Kiến thức sâu rộng về hoa và cây cảnh, mùi hương, màu sắc và đặc tính của từng loài,._
