**The Company**:
**Requirement**:

- 5+ years of the overall experience, 3+ on an architect/tech lead position.
- Experience in Hypervisor/Embedded development (not MCU and not IoT) is a MUST.
- Experience in C and C++/low level development is a MUST.
- Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification.
- Experience in Linux kernel development is a MUST.
- Being able to elicit and document project requirements.
- Strong understanding of SDLC from QA and development standpoints.
- Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff.
- At least Upper-Intermediate+ level of English (MUST).

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Lead for one or several sub-teams (up to 10 team members).
- Create/manage architecture design for the project.
- Communicate with the Client(s).
- Coordinate technical issues resolution.
- Planning, estimation, and task management.
- Documentation creation.
- Regular reporting and task reprioritization based on the Client's request.
