Accountant (Tax-focused Role)

Job Title: ACCOUNTANT

Position Type: Regular

Immediate Superior (title): Finance Manager

Key Job Purpose:

- To manage accounting, TAX matter for SVN single entity.
- To support manager to check and verify accounting transactions according with company and government regulations.
- To manage the tax in compliance with government regulations.

Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To prepare tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT ) monthly, quarterly, yearly

2. To process and analyse the RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) by contract.

3. To check and update the new tax regulations from the government and give advice to the company when required.

4. To review and check the documents/transactions to ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations and accounting standards.

5. To liaise and work with tax authorities for any tax matters.

6. To check and verify all purchase requests from staff, to ensure they are in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

7. To handle inventory balance reports, inventory analysis.

8. To process the payment to vendors and employees as guideline.

9. To process and monitor the AR management.

10. To process the month-end closing tasks.

11. To perform other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.

12. To join accounting & other training in accordance with manager’s instruction.

13. To read, update and follow company's standard operating procedures and guidelines in daily work.

14. To support Managers/Supervisor to make, review and improve standard operating procedures and guidelines.

- To work with heads of other department to carry out coordination functions, duties and powers under the provisions of the Company.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Minimum Education Required:

- Diploma in College/ University or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required:

- Min 3 years relevant working experience in accounting/finance Management and Tax.
- Experience in professional tax work is a big plus

Skills and Knowledge Required:

- PC literate
- Good English Communication

Attitude Required:

- Positive mind-set of compliance & teamwork.

Knowledge Desired but not Essential:

- Healthcare Business
- Accounting & Logistic IT system (like SAP system)

Travel Requirement:

- Flexible to respond to regional training/ meeting
