Be proud to belong to Meliá as we are proud of you We are looking for **Marketing Communications Manager - Melia Serenity Cam Ranh (pre-opening)** **Mission**: Executes the marketing strategy of the hotel to ensure optimal positioning in the market to maximize on all revenue opportunities. **Main responsibilities**: - Report directly to the DOSM - Participates in the definition and development of the brand marketing strategy and supervises the implementation of this strategy in the hotels under their responsibility. - Ensures the correct implementation and execution of content set by the brand strategy in hotels. Defines the content needs of the hotel to serve the different communication and distribution channels. - Supports and coordinates hotel photo and video shoots and physically attends (depending on relevance) hotel video shoots and photoshoots. - Ensures a smooth flow of this content to all channels and touch points in the organisation so that it is always available to all the people who need it. - Hotel presentations to partners, investors, etc. - Creates the marketing plan for the F&B outlets **Main requirements**: - Previous Marketing Experience preferably in Hotels International chain, minimum 3 years - Ability to read, write and communicate in both Vitenamese and English - Based in Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa **At Meliá we are all VIP** Great professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
