Job Overview

The Communications Intern for Dwight School Hanoi supports the Communications team with event planning, marketing, and execution, under the supervision of the Communications Manager. The position will work closely with the Director of Communications and the Communications Officers, as well as many other departments of the School.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing events that uphold the school’s high standards and enhance the experience for the Dwight School Hanoi community, as well as the broader community and all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the organization and scheduling of events, as well as helping to maintain a reliable CRM with guest invites and attendances recorded.
- Support event marketing by producing visual and video assets for use across digital platforms, print materials, and social media campaigns.
- Organize and execute event follow-up and feedback in collaboration with the Communications and Admissions teams.
- Guard and enhance the Dwight brand standards across all school touchpoints, ensuring consistency and adherence to the standards and the protection of the School’s brand image.

N.B.: These key responsibilities are not intended to be all-inclusive. The Communications Intern may be required to perform other related duties assigned by their manager to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in marketing or related field). Recent graduates preferred.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in event management with an understanding of premium events, and what’s involved in executing them.
- Proven knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, and YouTube.
- Outstanding attention to detail, with a good eye for design and working knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Vietnamese and English are required; Korean is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable working style suited to a fast-paced, evolving school environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a team with a positive attitude.
