**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Work closely with Japanese clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

**Job Qualifications**
**Must have**:

- At least 4 years of experience in Java Spring/Spring Boot, Struts development.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledgeable in Restful API Services.
- Experience in document design is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience with the Waterfall model is a plus.
- English proficiency: able to read and understand technical documents.

**For Team Lead Position**:

- Must have experience leading a team of at least 5 members.
- Experience in supporting team members, reviewing their work, and coding.
