**Take ownership for leading challenging projects**
As a Lead Engineer - Engineer to Order (ETO), you will create the final Surface Wellhead and Tree and Test Fixtures engineering design from conceptual/proposal design approved by customer. You will be collaborating across multiple teams globally to assure requirements are captured in drawings and the design is finalized on time.

As a Lead Engineer - ETO - Product Design and Engineering, you will be responsible for:

- Developing Surface Wellhead and Tree final engineering design which fit the needs of the client while emphasizing proven technologies and existing solutions.
- Generating designs, machine detail drawings, stack up drawings, Bill of Material, calculations, engineering part information, and Field Service Manual, to meet customer requirements and industry standard (API6A is preferred)
- Designing test fixtures following company standards.
- Ensuring Engineering deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
- Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Employing the best combination of all preliminary information and contributing data to develop final design.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Design Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with 3D models and 2D machine detail drawings using CAD software.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment across different time zones.
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems.
- Have excellent report writing and presentation skills and an ability to articulate technical information clearly
