- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet the company’s quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize costs and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company goals and global standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, and UK Team) to ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and improve sourcing processes.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
- Prepare sourcing reports and provide insights to support decision-making for senior management.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management (Manufacturing industry preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency
- Sourcing & Negotiation (cost optimization, supplier contracts)
- Analytical Skills (data analysis, supplier evaluation)
- Project Management (multi-project handling, deadlines).
- Technical Skills (purchasing software, advanced MS Excel).
- Communication & Strategic Thinking
