DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Lead multiple high-impact projects for the SBS Fulfillment team; projects range in scope, involving daily Warehouse and planning operations:

- Collect and review analyze data to scope out gaps and opportunities
- Develop project plans and schedule
- Coordinate the implementation, and drive action across different teams
- Track results, escalate issues
- Present the project narrative
- Manage a small team of Associates to assist in delivering project results
- Learn the business; engage with other teams and verticals

- Presentation Skills - Develop and communicate a clear project narrative, vision, and action; comfortable presenting to Senior Management
- Stakeholder Management - effectively engage and influence diverse groups of stakeholders; address and incorporate their concerns in the project scope
