Job Purpose

To create and manage Revit models for structural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks/Principal Accountability
- Develop and maintain Revit Structure models for high-rise building projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is met.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings exported from Revit models using AutoCAD.
- Utilize Dynamo and Revit API for enhanced modeling efficiency.
- Communicate effectively in English regarding construction-related topics.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 2 years’ experience and excellent skill in modelling Revit Structure / Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm và có kỹ năng sử dụng Revit Structure thành thạo.
- At least having experience in 2 high-rise building project modelled by Revit/ Đã từng tham gia ít nhất 2 dự án nhà cao tầng bằng Revit.
- Experience in Dynamo, Revit API is an advance/ Biết dùng Dynamo. Revit API là một lợi thế.
- Good AutoCAD skill in preparation structure detail drawings exported from Revit model/ Biết sử dụng AutoCad để triển khai bản vẽ chi tiết kết cấu trích xuất từ Revit model.
- Pre-intermediate verbal and written skills with a basic knowledge of English for construction/ Kỹ năng nói và viết tiếng Anh sơ cấp với kiến thức cơ bản về tiếng Anh trong xây dựng.
